One solution posed was to have the scoring equipment on a cart and assign an \u201capparatus manager\u201d to move the cart during the bout so it was always in line with the director. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Also of interest are the rule changes. In 2013 there was a motion in front of the FIE to change decrease the bout time to 2 Minutes. Here we see the US changing their format to 5 touches in 10 minutes to conform to the FIE. Where has the time gone!
